Why Can 2023 Lexus IS Wheel Spacers not Be Stacked?

The wheel bolts are required to withstand vehicle acceleration and deceleration shear forces, driving the vehicle forward. The stock wheel bolts are generally set to a 10.9 grade, which is suitable for most sedan loads. When installing 2023 Lexus IS wheel spacers, not only do the aftermarket wheel bolts need to withstand the load, but the stock wheel bolts are also required in bolt-on construction wheel spacers. Stacking wheel spacers will likely result in a risk of fracture of the stock wheel bolts with a 10.9 grade.
Choosing a specific thickness of 2023 Lexus IS wheel spacers is safer than stacking two wheel spacers. Centering of the wheel spacers with the hub assembly is achieved by hub-centric. The fixation of the two wheel spacers also requires hub-centric, which we do not recommend. Reducing the torque will reduce the possibility of part failure. A single wheel spacer can safely drive the vehicle while meeting the modification requirements.

Are 2023 Lexus IS Wheel Spacers Hub-centric?
BONOSS believes that the hub-centric 2023 Lexus IS wheel spacers will ensure that the wheel spacers are always concentric with the rotor and that the hub-centric adapter will have sufficient friction between the wheel spacers and the hub assembly to keep them in place. Compared to hub-centric wheel spacers with 0.2mm accuracy, BONOSS products help wheel spacers to generate more friction with the hub assembly with 0.02mm accuracy.
The hub-centric 2023 Lexus IS wheel spacers also compensate for the disadvantages of the lug-centric. The inner and outer diameters of the hub-centric wheel spacers allow them to fit different parts better. In contrast, the lug-centric fits more models through a larger center hole diameter, and the bolts take the vehicle’s weight and the dynamic shear forces. But external forces always affect the diameter of the bolt hole irregularly. This small variation will trigger resonance and bolt loosening when the vehicle is driven at high speed.
