What does wheel spacer do?

1.Correcting Positive Wheel Offset

Many customers would like to install some beautiful aftermarket wheels which set up with a positive offset. There is an important thing that should be aware that an excessive positive offset will cause the inner edge of your rims and tires to rub against the suspension components. It can also negatively affect your car’s handling, making it potentially dangerous to drive. In this case, wheel spacers can be the most cost-effective solution. Wheel spacers can create the desired clearance to correct the positive offset by pushing the wheels out from the vehicle hub.

2. Passing Bigger Brake Calipers

Larger brake calipers with more pistons will offer greater stopping power and shorter stopping distances than the OEM ones. In common cases, bigger calipers will take up more room than the stock one, took up the wheel installation area, so that the wheels cannot be mounted back with a proper engagement, leading to vibration and a potential disaster in daily driving. If you have upgraded your brake system with bigger brake calipers and still want to keep the current wheels attached to your vehicle without scratching, wheel spacers can also be your simplest solution.

3. Flushing Widebody Fenders Postures

In many cases, customers modify the car into widebody posture, a low and wide stance. But you need two wider wheels to fit the fenders. Otherwise, the wheels look like hiding under the fenders. You can’t have a perfect posture for the car. Install the proper thickness wheel spacers to fit the fenders well. Also, in a BMW case, hellaflush style also needs to install the wheel spacers to have a better posture.

Completely overturn! Many manufacturers claim that grade 10.9 is a high-level standard for the wheel bolts, but we are manufacturing a higher lever standard of bolts. That is grade 12.9. In addition, we did a lot to make this piece of wheel bolt being extraordinary.

Firstly, the unique 12 petals cornucopia head shape highlights the super forging one-time forming craftsmanship, which can not be presented in a later turning process. Second, we use the best quality material to manufacture it, forged with SCM440 High Strength Steel, better than SCM435, common 35CrMo, and 40Cr in the market. Third, the spacer structure effectively eliminates the bolts loosening and abnormal sound caused by the PCD hole coaxially deviation between hub and shaft head while driving. There are TUV, SGS, and many tests that can prove what we did for a piece of the bolt.

Mercedes-Benz AMG A35

It is an A-Class car which impressive pace, brakes, and overall dynamics. The A35 may be the cheapest car in the AMG range, if you want to try AMG, that might be a cost-efficient choice.
