There is no other car that provides a fast, fun, luxurious, and elegant drive like the Audi RS5. It is a peak of high performance and practicality. The RS5 gets a gorgeous appearance, advanced technology, and lavish features. It has a charming powertrain, a mighty 444-hp 2.9-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine, providing 443 lb-ft of torque, an eight-speed automatic transmission, offering smooth, sharp switch, the Quattro all-wheel-drive system help deliver fast acceleration and dynamic responses. It is well-controlled and stable, effortless to deal with different road situations.
Effective Dismounting Grooves Design
Dismounting grooves means the small notches which are distributed on the corner of wheel spacers. It is designed to easily dismount the spacers, improving the user experience. Normally, it leaves a limited clearance between the axle plate and spacer, using a screwdriver can easily remove the spacers, simple and efficient. If there is no such groove, the spacer will snug the vehicle hub, by forces effect, it can be difficult to dismount. Even worse, you may destroy the spacers or axle hub. Furthermore, the grooves can reduce the weight of spacers, which is good for increasing the effect of lightweight design.
Important Concerns for Lug Bolts Installation
The lug bolts need to be installed correctly, and they also must be properly torqued to manufacturer-recommended torque specs. This means making sure the wheel and hub are secured enough to where they don’t get loose. Untightened lug bolts (the clamping force is not enough) or overtightened lug bolts (the bolt has been stretched past its tensile strength limit, so the clamping force has gone away) will cause most lug bolt failures. Find a suitable balance in the level of tightness and the bolt will remain strong, providing the greatest possible force to lock the wheel to the hub. This ensures safe driving.
BONOSS wheel spacer thickness can be customized flexibly, which is compatible with most vehicles. Thus, if you would like different sizes of wheel spacers, feel free to contact us. This Audi RS5 uses front 15mm (3/5 inch), PCD 5×112, CB 66.5.
The extended bolts are spacer structure design, which effectively eliminates the bolts loosening and abnormal sound caused by the PCD hole coaxially deviation between hub and shaft head. This Audi RS5 uses ball seat bolts. If you would like a set of extended bolts, please ensure the seat type of the bolts is suitable for threading tightly. And, if you don’t know the proper length, you are welcomed to contact our tech staff freely.
