No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence and/or mishandling. BONOSS reserves the right to make this determination. BONOSS reserves all rights for determination and execution for all warranty claims. All merchandise sold by BONOSS is subject to the BONOSS manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. The warranty period varies from product line to product line.

For warranty information on a specific product line, contact your local dealer or BONOSS. BONOSS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. For warranty requirement, if applicable, please contact a BONOSS Authorized Dealer for details. If shipping damage has occurred, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle claims through the carrier.

Before purchasing, installing or using any BONOSS product, please check with your local vehicle authorities. It is the responsibility of the installer and/or user of this product to ensure compliance with all applicable local and federal laws and regulations. Some BONOSS products are designed and sold for sanctioned off-road/competition, non-emissions controlled vehicles only and may never be used on a public road or highway. Using these competition (race) use BONOSS products for street/road use on public roads or highways is prohibited by law unless a specific regulatory exemption exists.

Vehicle manufacture warranty maybe voided should any modification(s) or removal(s) of OEM components are determined. Federal and state law may prohibit the removal, modification or rendering of any device affecting vehicle emissions. It is the users responsibility to be aware of federal, state and local laws. User assumes all cost and risks associated with purchase and installation of after market components.

Terms and Conditions

1. Orders
Acceptance of Order All orders are subject to acceptance by our company officer. Our acceptance shall not be construed as an acceptance of printed terms and condition on the purchase order from of the buyer, hereunder (“Buyer”), that are inconsistent with or additional to our terms and conditions, unless specifically in writing by our authorized officer. No sales representative, agent or employee of our company is authorized to alter, vary, or waive any of these terms and conditions, Such as require the written approval of our authorized officer.

2. Price and Payment Info
Price All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders for immediate shipment will be billed at the price in effect on the date the order is received. Orders specifying future dated shipments may, unless otherwise agreed to, be billed at the price on the date of the shipment.

3. Taxes
Taxes Our prices do not include any present or future sales, use, excise or other municipal, state, or federal taxes. Consequently, in addition to prices specified herein, the Buyer agrees to reimburse us for any and all taxes which may become payable with respect to this transaction.

4. Shipping and Handling
Delivery We shall deliver goods F.O.B. point of shipment with transportation charges prepaid, via lowest cost routing to destination, unless otherwise specified by Buyer. We shall deliver the goods, as soon as possible after receipt of the order; however, the stated time of delivery is an estimate only, and we shall not be liable for delayed delivery or non-delivery caused by strikes, lockouts, fires, accidents, war, riots, a shortage of or an inability to obtain material, supplies, fuel, labor or shipping facilities, and on account of any acts, demands, orders or regulations of the municipal, state or federal governments, and any departments or agencies thereof, whether or not legally binding on us, or for delayed delivery or non delivery caused by any contingency beyond our reasonable control. Our time for making delivery shall not be extended for the duration of any such delays, except that if any such delay extends for more than six months, we shall have the option of canceling the undelivered portion of the order. In no event shall the contract of sale be subject to cancellation by the Buyer as a result of delays in delivery or for any other cause, except by mutual, written agreement of the parties. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Returns/Refunds/Exchange
Request for returns and exchanges must be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) prior to sending the product back. Please call and a RMA# will be issued to you (see “Claim Procedure” below). RMA# must be clearly visible on the return shipping package to ensure proper processing. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase on your receipt. Returning product must be new, unused, and packaging must be in resalable condition to be issued a full refund. Items that do not qualify are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges must be made at equal value or more. Any remaining balance will be settled in the same form as original payment received. The product must also be new, unused, and packaging must be in resalable condition to qualify for an exchange. Items that do not qualify are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In both cases, customer is responsible for shipping the package back to BONOSS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE SPECIAL ORDERED.
