All of BONOSS Forged Grade 12.9 Extended Wheel Bolts are made by the forged process, ensuring the internal structure is compact and hard. The gasket design is suitable for most factory and aftermarket wheels, ensures your vehicle wheels are secure and properly fastened every time they are removed and installed. The process tolerance precision is 0.02mm, delivering a smooth installing experience, proper fit and well function every time. BONOSS applied the electrocoating surface treatment process, which provides high corrosion resistance against rust in any environment.

Super Forging Process-Twelve Petals Shape Head

BONOSS Forged Grade 12.9 Extended Wheel Bolts are made by the forged process. The forging process offers lots of advantages over other manufacturing processes for wheel bolts. Due to the continuous intense pressure extrusion, the forging process brings superior mechanical and physical properties. Among the key advantages are:

BONOSS-Forged-Grade-12.9-extended-bolts

  • High tensile strength and tough, safe and secure
  • Hard and durable, guarantee long-term applications
  • Better wear resistance and higher fatigue strength
  • Elimination of porosity, evenly and tight internal structure
  • Good polishing and finishing surface characteristics

The head part of BONOSS Extended Lug Bolts is Twelve Petals Shape. This design is not only for aesthetic purposes, but more importantly, it is a proof of super forging process (The edges and corners of the petal shape can only be manufactured by forging process, and such a uniform distribution requires a large-tonnage machine in one-time forming, which cannot be presented in a later turning process).

Two-piece Design

Two-piece wheel bolts consist of a standard bolt with an extended smooth shank and a ball/conical gasket above the threads. It is the same design as the new Mercedes and Porsche vehicles factory lug bolts. The gasket structure effectively eliminates the bolts loosening and abnormal sound caused by the PCD hole coaxially deviation between the vehicle hub and wheels while driving. Besides, the two-piece design has a strong matching characteristic, suitable for most factory or aftermarket wheels, ensure your vehicle wheels are secure and properly fastened every time they are removed and installed. The gasket applied forged 7075-T6 aluminum alloy material, lightweight and high performance. The diameter of the bolt’s rod is larger than the diameter of the thread which improves the ultimate performance of bolts.

Protective Electrocoating

Electrocoating is an immersion wet paint finishing process that uses electrical current to deposit paint on a metal surface. It offers superior corrosion resistance performance, improving the rust prevention ability of production. Moreover, it also behaves greatly to stand up to extreme environments such as water and sunlight. The beauty of this technology is that every part of the surface is evenly coated with the paint, nowhere is missing. Electrocoating is an environmentally friendly finishing surface treatment, that produces little or no hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic compounds, and meets RoHS, OSHA and EPA standards. It is used worldwide to achieve high-quality corrosion resistance for metal components at a level of high efficiency and environmental compliance.
