Recently, the customer drives to our OEM factory and decided to buy and install BONOSS Wheel Spacers. We recorded the installation process as one of our examples. In the factory, customer can select the different thickness of wheel spacers to see if it is satisfied or not. The Mercedes-Benz AMG C43 customer chooses 5mm wheel spacers for the front wheels, 15mm wheel spacers for the rear wheels. At the same time, they need to extended wheel bolts which correspond to the thickness of wheel spacers and wheel hub assembly length. So it needs 32mm extended wheel bolts to match the front wheel spacers, and 42mm extended wheel bolts to match the rear wheel spacers. The original wheel bolts are 27mm and they are ball seats.

After we put the wheel spacers on the hub assembly, make sure the right position aligns the wheel bolt hole. Finally, you can use a wheel hanger to put the wheels back. The Wheel hanger is used for German cars and other cars which use wheel bolts to fasten the wheels. We can see the before and after installation, the appearance will be fuller and the wheels are flush with the fenders. The customer was satisfied with the thickness of wheel spacers and extended wheel bolts.
